Housr 84 Kondapur Near Botanical Garden

It's been more than 45 working days since I moved out, and I still haven't received my security deposit. The RM has stopped responding. I wouldn't recommend this place. Avoid this mess by not paying the last month's rent.

Rooms and housekeeping were good. Managers like Vaibhav and Shreyansh did make some effort, though I wouldn't expect too much from them. I usually skipped the food because I hadn't liked it before, so I can't say whether it's improved. It is a bit pricey. I checked out 60 days ago and have now spent another 30 days following up on my security deposit. They say it's being escalated to the business team, but nobody takes responsibility or returns my money. They charge an extra 500 rupees per day for late payment, so with their 30-day delay I'd expect 15000 extra on top of my deposit. It's disheartening. On 23rd August 2025, I added that the current manager, Utkarsh Singh, wasn't responding about my deposit on WhatsApp. Be aware, they may tell you there are payment delays, but I'm pretty sure they won't refund your money.

The food had a great range of options and was absolutely delicious. The staff and manager Mr. Utkarsh were extremely polite and helpful throughout my visit, and made me feel right at home. I had a fantastic, comfortable stay and highly recommend the hotel. Five stars aren't enough, I'd give it ten if I could! 😊👍

I stayed at housr for four months. The stay and food were good, but their administration is terrible. I moved out in January, and as of 1st June my security deposit still hasn't been sent back. They keep pushing the date, from end of March to April, then May. It's very, very unprofessional. Please give me the number of someone higher up at housr. I'd really like to complain. Don't pay a security deposit here, they don't return it.
