Good morning, everyone. I've stayed at INNZOY HOTELS more than once, and the services have improved each time I've come back. The reception staff were amazing, and the service was superb. My experience was very good, and I'd strongly recommend staying with INNZOY HOTELS.

I should've researched this place more before booking. We stayed three days, and nobody came to clean the room or ask if we needed anything. The rooms aren't spacious, and basic things were missing at check-in. We had to ask several times for towels and even water bottles. I appreciated that staff helped carry our luggage both at check-in and checkout, but the lack of basic service made the stay disappointing. The kettle in the room was rusty, with spider webs nearby. It gave me the impression that the room may have been cleaned when the hotel first opened but not kept up afterward. Room 205 also got hot and uncomfortable late at night when the AC seemed to stop working, even though it looked switched on. I don't know if there's an automatic shutoff to save electricity, but it affected our comfort. Breakfast was another issue. The receptionist said it wouldn't be available until after 9:30 AM, though the packaging made it look like it came from a nearby hotel that opens around 7 AM. I don't understand why it was served around 9:30-10:00 AM. It felt as if the timing suited the hotel more than its guests. With better upkeep, basic amenities, and service, this stay could've been much better.

It was a pleasant, clean stay at a good price. The main drawback is the limited choice of restaurants nearby.

I had a nice stay here. The rooms were neat and good, and the staff were humble and quick to respond.
