Kove Stays

The room was cozy and quiet, just right for a good night’s rest. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff were attentive, courteous, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was convenient and the whole stay felt comfortable and stress-free. I truly enjoyed it. Great hospitality and excellent service, highly recommended.

We were left without electricity for almost 12 hours because there was no proper backup, which made the stay a huge hassle. Requests were often ignored or delayed, and the staff came across as arrogant and unhelpful. The room was far too small and uncomfortable for what it cost, and even basic toiletries were missing. Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The dog belonging to the hosts bit my pet, and they didn’t provide vaccination details. I was told the owner has an illegal breed and walks it outside without a leash. After I raised the issue with reception, the customers left, but they’ve continued coming back and walking their dogs off leash. Being pet friendly is great, as long as it doesn’t create problems for other guests. Unfortunately, the owner doesn’t check vaccination details when pets are boarded.

Kove Stays was a peaceful, pleasant place to unwind. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. Getting there was easy, too, thanks to the good location. I’d happily recommend Kove Stays to anyone visiting.
