My stay was awful. I was in room 202, where my two roommates disturbed me a lot and stalked me. Other people in the PG also disturbed and stalked me, including people from my company, Ceremorphic, where I worked in Hyderabad.

I stayed two months in a four-sharing room in their premium hostel, from May to June. The rooms were kept clean with regular maintenance, and the food was okay and hygienic. The price is a little high, but may be worth it given what’s included. The road outside is in terrible condition and becomes a problem during monsoon. WiFi speed could be better, and there aren’t many shops nearby, so the location could improve.

The food was terrible, with dry sabzi and phulka covered in atta. I had health issues while staying here and left within 10 days. I never got my deposit back. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and rooms, and cleaning wasn’t done properly even weekly. The owner has an Ambani-like attitude. They charge 20 per unit for electricity, and you can be held responsible for a faulty AC or geyser. The rooms are shady, with no sunlight or proper ventilation, yet cost 25000 per month. People choose this hostel because it’s close to offices, but I think you’ll regret it. I would never recommend it. The reviews are all very old, and people are stuck here because of the high deposits. Stay away.

I’ve stayed here three times, and it’s been a mixed experience. The location is excellent for IT workplaces, the price is cost-effective, and there’s AC when you need it. Rooms are reasonably clean, breakfast and dinner are made on the premises, and the person in charge is friendly. The shared living arrangement can be difficult. Other guests may come and go at any hour, run AC all day, snore loudly, argue over appliance controls, or talk loudly on the phone through the night. If you’re lucky, there’ll be fewer people and your co-occupants will be decent and understanding. Shared bathrooms could be better maintained. They’re not bad for the price, but not good either. The bed is a bit wider than a train sleeper berth, but could be broader and cleaner. Fresh bedding is provided only once a week, so on a shorter stay you may use the same one someone else used. Power, including AC, is charged even if you stay less time than the other occupant. If they run the AC all day while you’re out, you still share that cost. For the price, it’s a fair deal, not a good or excellent one.
