The meals were delightful, a solid 4 out of 5, and breakfast was even better, fresh, generous and delicious, a clear 5+. We also unwound with a refreshing swim. Hospitality stood out and made us feel at home. The ambience had authentic touches, lovely paintings and vibrant flower rangoli, giving the place a welcoming cultural feel. It was a thoroughly enjoyable, memorable stay, and we look forward to visiting again. 🌸🏨

We booked a lagoon cottage to be right by the pool, and really enjoyed it. The grounds and pools were clean and well looked after, and the rooms felt luxurious. Service was top notch. Breakfast was decent, while the fresh food at Nature Bay tasted really good and was reasonably priced. Lunch and dinner can be ordered through room service or at the restaurant. A peaceful, pleasant choice for a family or small group, and worth the price.

We came for a wedding and found the place really lovely, with plenty of greenery and photogenic corners. The staff were friendly, and the wait staff were great. Our spacious, tidy room was comfortable, and when we asked for extra bedding and towels, they brought both promptly. More mirrors in the rooms would make getting ready easier. Highly recommend.

The food was a letdown: limited choices, average taste at best, and far too expensive. The place looks appealing in photos, but the real experience fell well short. Our room was poorly kept and cleanliness was a major problem. Some basic amenities were missing or didn't work, and even after repeated requests, staff were slow to act. Service felt unprofessional and unresponsive, and the staff lacked warmth. They made little effort to sort out complaints or help guests feel welcome. For somewhere presented as a resort and spa, the standards were surprisingly low. It's overpriced and disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing or premium stay. There are much better options for the same money.
