I spent two nights here on my first OYO booking, at 1000 per night. The room was clean, and I made sure hot water was available. There was no complimentary breakfast, and the TV didn't work either day. There was also no phone to contact someone in the office, and I noticed mosquitoes. The AC worked fine, though. It's average overall, but if you're near HITEX and spending most of your time at a workshop or conference, it could work.
There wasn't proper parking, and the place had no amenities at all. There was no housekeeping, either. The washrooms were very unhygienic, and the whole room smelled strongly of cigarettes. No room freshener. This was the worst stay of my life.
The manager and staff were very courteous, but the dining area was pathetic. The main plus is being close to Hitex Exhibition Center. The rooms need renovation, and the service needs to improve.
I had a good stay. The room was neat and clean, and the staff were gentle and polite with everyone.
The staff were really good, and the rooms were hygienic. There was a lift as well. I had a great experience at the hotel and in the room.
