The location is hard to find: the entrance isn't where the map shows it, and delivery drivers and rental cars struggled to locate it even with Google Maps. Inside, the rooms look nice but aren't clean enough to touch things freely. The windows and toilets were dirty, and cleaning staff still left spots dirty after coming by. One worker would walk into an unlocked room without knocking and never apologized. Service was poor when we asked for help. They sometimes turned off the water or geyser on checkout day. I also saw a man bringing coffee for room service urinate by the roadside while holding the coffee, then try to keep some of it for himself instead of pouring it all into my cup.

I was worried by all the negative reviews online before arriving at Krishna's Residency, but my seven days there went well. For a budget hotel, the service met my expectations, and the staff did their best for us despite the language difference. Sheets and towels were clean and changed daily, and they supplied OYO soaps and body wash. The bathroom was clean enough, with hot water available in the mornings. They brought two newspapers regularly throughout the week. Breakfast was just okay, but the stay didn't disappoint me.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel is close to the metro, railway station, and bus pickups. The rooms were decent and reasonably clean, and I thought it was good value for the money. Parking is difficult in this area, but the hotel has space for a couple of cars.

The building is old, but the price is reasonable. Rooms are spacious, there's plenty of water, and the staff are responsive. Most of all, I like that checkout is 24 hours after check-in. Let's support hotels with that policy.

Staff were helpful, and I felt safe here. The location is very good, close to both MMTS and the Metro station. The rooms are just okay, with an old apartment feel. They don't give you even one free water bottle per day, and the food is always cold and tough to chew. Hot water can also take a while to come. For reference, early check-in before 10 AM costs an extra 300 rupees.
