OYO 1802 Hotel Sandhya

We had dinner at the hotel all three nights because the food we ordered was so tasty. Breakfast was very good too, served buffet-style. Parking was available without any trouble, and the rooms were decent. They also provided a toiletries kit. For our family, it was good value and one of the best hotels inside Hyderabad city.

The management was accommodating, and the room was clean and neat for an affordable price. My booking was for the next day, but I arrived at 6 a.m. and would normally have had to wait until noon to check in. They gave me a room straight away and told me to check out by 6 a.m. the following day, which was really helpful.

The rooms are good, but the price is very high for them. Room service was very poor, mobile reception inside the hotel was the worst, and the hotel's WiFi was poor as well. They use an app-based service, something like an advance, but it doesn't make up for the gaps in mobile and other services. The front office staff were good.

There wasn't much atmosphere, and the rooms felt old-fashioned with rickety furniture. Room service wasn't up to standard either. Very few staff understood Hindi. The restaurant calls itself multi-cuisine, but the menu doesn't offer many choices, so I wouldn't recommend staying here.
