The receptionist was rude, speaking as if helping a customer were charity. She also said they don't accept bookings through Oyo or other website apps, and warned that booking online could leave you paying double. Best wishes to the owner and management for hiring her.

The photos on Oyo didn't match the hotel at all. The rooms weren't hygienic, the bedsheets had patches, and the AC didn't work. I strongly wouldn't recommend this place.

The northeast receptionist was the only normal part of this stay, and he behaved well. The manager was awful and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Online it cost 700, but they charged us 1300. We checked in late at night and left before checkout time, with no reduction in the payment. The geyser barely worked, there was hair all over the beds, the pillows were yellow, and the TV didn't work.

I made the booking through the Oyo app, but on 5 June 2024 they refused to let us check in, saying they were no longer partnered with Oyo. I called Oyo, and they said they would refund my payment.

The receptionist was very rude and wouldn't give us a room at the Goibibo online price of 1300. They said they had an Oyo contract that let them display prices, but they wouldn't honor the online rate. For 12 PM to 5 AM, she wanted 1800 rupees; to stay until 11 AM, she asked for 2000. Rooms are supposed to be provided from 12 PM to 11 AM, so I don't understand what rules they're following. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
