FabHotel Prime Veeraj Suites - Nr. Skyview10, Lumbini Avenue, Gachibowli

We left after checking into two rooms where the AC wasn’t cooling, and I still haven’t received the refund. I booked through MakeMyTrip and checked in on February 8 at around 8:30am, though I don’t remember the exact time. My husband, our nine-month-old baby, and I had booked a premium room. The hotel’s name says suites, but the rooms were basic. Staff told us no food was available and that we’d need to order from outside, which we accepted. When I reported the AC problem in our assigned room, the front desk person didn’t come to check it and sent a junior staff member instead. He asked us to move rooms, but the AC in the second room wasn’t cooling either. We asked the front desk manager to come up, check it himself, and refund us so we could leave. By then it was 9:45pm, and our baby was tired, sleepy, and cranky after all the hassle. The manager eventually came upstairs and agreed that the AC wasn’t cooling. There’s a video attached. I contacted MakeMyTrip, my booking partner, and asked for a refund. They said they would need to notify fab hotel, the third party involved, and that it could take 24 to 48 hours. I couldn’t put my baby through any more of this, so I checked out and booked another hotel through mmt. It’s now February 13 and I still haven’t received anything. After I checked out, the manager, Mr.Prathap, denied the problem and told mmt and fabhotel that I was extra demanding. If that were true, I don’t know why I had no problems at the other hotels I booked during my 10-day trip. I felt they were trying to fool people, and if negative ratings were possible, I’d give this place one.

It’s in a well-connected spot in the middle of hitec, and it’s still a good budget-friendly place to stay. But the services have slipped. There are fewer breakfast items and the quality has dropped, and toiletries aren’t replenished unless you ask. Still, it’s a good place to stay.

The staff are friendly, and the location makes it easy to get to different places. It’s in a prime spot, with IKEA very close by.

I booked for 15 days but checked out after just three. The location and cleanliness were the only decent parts of the hotel. Staff behavior was so disrespectful that I didn’t want to stay any longer. I’d told them a guest would stop by briefly. In front of him, staff interrupted us to say he’d “been here for quite some time” and should leave. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. If this is how paying guests are treated, the place feels more like a hostel with arbitrary rules than a hotel offering hospitality. They showed no respect, professionalism, or basic customer courtesy. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting even a minimum level of politeness.
