OYO 11321 Hotel Goutham Residency

For an individual, the room was clean, had no smell, and the room service was good. The food wasn't especially good, though they did make an effort. There were a few problems during my stay, but they fixed them in time. The service attitude deserves five stars. Just remember it's a budget hotel: call reception when you need something, and don't expect a lot of hospitality.

Finding an affordable room in Banjara Hills is difficult, so this was a good value for the location. I booked for relatives through OYO by phone, and the process was easy; the hotel was where the listing said it would be. The rooms had AC at no extra cost, and breakfast was included. There was plenty of free parking for cars, and the staff helped us avoid paying for an additional room since we had two children under five. I'd give it four stars.

An affordable place to stay, and the room was more than fine for me. I was in Hyderabad because my mom was having eye surgery at lv Prasad eye institute. Food was the one part that fell short if you're North Indian. Otherwise, I had a great stay at OYO 11321 Hotel Goutham Residency. It is in a handy spot in the city, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Check-in starts at noon and checkout is by 11 AM, which gave me time to get settled and prepare to leave. Families may also find its policy useful: children aged 3 to 21 can stay free.

The bathrooms were tiny, with broken fittings, no exhaust fan, and very old electrical fixtures. The photos look as though they were taken when the hotel first opened. I wouldn't trust the OYO ratings here. At 1,000 rupees, this doesn't seem worth more than 200. The hotel may not be at fault for the rating, but why does OYO rate it so highly and charge that much?
