At this price, it's a good hotel. The front desk staff were helpful, and he upgraded my room too. Breakfast is one plate, with a choice of 3-5 options.

I spent almost five days here with my family and had a really good stay overall. The staff were helpful throughout. Breakfast was the exception for me, not because of its quality, but because the food was different from what I'm used to as someone from Bangladesh. I really enjoyed the biryani at the nearby Alhamdulillah Restuarent.

The room condition and service were very poor. We had no hot water even by 10:30 AM, and when we raised it, the manager argued with us, acted arrogantly and tried to threaten us instead of helping. They even suggested that we buy a water heater coil ourselves. The staff's attitude felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I stayed here with my family, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. There's no parking. The reviews and ratings on hotel booking apps seem completely misleading. I'd tell others to avoid the property. It wasn't worth the money, peace of mind or sense of safety.

Once we got past a check-in hiccup caused by a Goibibo glitch that showed multiple bookings, things were good. The rooms were clean, with great Wi-Fi, hot water and free water from their purifier. Breakfast was complimentary and served at a convenient time, from 0800-1030hrs.
