I booked after seeing the OYO photos, but it was a terrible experience. The room and washroom were dirty and smelled bad, and there was no ventilation, so it felt suffocating. They never changed the bedspreads or towels during the week. We had to pay for bottled drinking water, and there was no other water provided. The one good thing is how close it is to the metro.

The room was tiny and smelly, and it wasn't clean. The TV didn't work, there was no hot water, and there were lots of mosquitoes. No tea, coffee, breakfast, or food service.

It's an okay place. Cleanliness was average, and they didn't provide soap. There's no power backup, so when the power goes out it's very hot, especially in rooms at the back. Road-facing rooms are noisy during the day and make it hard to sleep, though nights are quiet. It's right under DURGAM CHERUVU METRO STATION, so the metro is easy to reach. KRISHNE SAPHIRE and the Qatar Visa Centre are very close, which is convenient for people coming for a medical checkup.

Apart from the poor maintenance, it's an okay place to stay. The toilet is large, and hot water is available all day, but they don't provide soap. The cupboard is small and so rusted you can't use it. The AC didn't work properly, though I was lucky it was winter. Don't expect sports or regional channels on the TV, only Telgu.

The management asks guests for five-star ratings to influence the OYO system, which felt unethical. Breakfast was tasteless, and the AC kept getting switched off from the desk. The rooms and amenities are old and deteriorating, so don't trust the photos on OYO or you'll be very disappointed.
