OYO 22085 Raj Banjara White House

I’ve reported this property to Oyo more than five times, but they don’t seem to care about customers. When I complained to the Oyo representative about used condoms and syringes in the room, he was useless and nothing was done. At checkout they even pressured me to leave a five-star rating. I hope nobody else has to go through this. Don’t stay here, especially if you’re traveling with women. The rooms are terrible.

I had a really disappointing first experience with Oyo. We booked Deluxe 3x but were given a classic room. When we raised that and other issues, the receptionist insisted it was the deluxe room, and Oyo staff agreed. Basic things were missing too, including towels, toiletries, Wi-Fi passwords, and water bottles. The receptionist was very bad. There was only one woman on staff, and we had to carry our own baggage. To refill a water bottle, I had to go down from the second floor to the ground floor. The reception hall also didn’t look like the picture. I saw the receptionist ask other customers for five-star ratings right in front of them, which is how they get a 4.2 rating, I guess. Very bad experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The rooms smell and have patches everywhere. The bedsheet was torn and hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest, and there was no towel or soap. They don’t clean the bathroom after checkout or sweep the room unless you ask several times. No Wi-Fi or room service, and the TV doesn’t work. Those five-star reviews are fake.

There’s no Wi-Fi or room service, and the management is rude and argumentative. They even quarreled with me over extra money. I’d avoid this hotel. OYO should remove it from its list because it will hurt their reputation.
