The only thing this place has going for it is its location, about 4 km from Charminar. I couldn’t sleep peacefully even for one night, and I’d strongly advise against staying here. The first room I got had small and medium cockroaches. When I complained, staff suggested spraying insecticide and having me sleep in the same room. I refused. They moved me to another room, but there were still cockroaches, just slightly fewer, which made it seem like a property-wide problem. The hotel was shockingly dirty: a filthy bathtub, dark red marks on the walls, holes in the bathroom ceiling patched with tape, and visibly dirty, unwashed sheets. Water supply was unreliable, the taps often didn’t work, and the chairs and tables were dusty. The toilet itself was okay, but maintenance overall was abysmal. I also couldn’t sleep because of loud male voices and constant movement outside the room all night. The hotel is next to a busy road, so there was more noise. It felt like a chaotic hostel. Breakfast was another mess. They offered either ₹200 to eat at a nearby Kamat hotel or food delivered to the room. I chose room service and got dosa with tea. They refused coffee at 9 am, and water wasn’t included unless I paid extra.

The receptionist was very rude, and the rooms were awful, dirty, and full of cockroaches. The furniture was poor, and the washroom condition was bad, with the disinfected board displaced, as shown in the video. If I could, I’d give this place -1.

The tariff is exorbitant for such an old property. The rooms are shabby and the bathrooms horrible. It deserves zero stars or less.

We planned to stay for 4 days, but moved to another hotel after 2. The location is good, but the place isn’t maintained and nobody seems concerned about guests’ needs. The room was dusty, there were small cockroaches, and the bedsheets and pillows looked dirty, like they hadn’t been changed after the last use. The washroom flush didn’t work, and it still hadn’t been fixed after we complained. There was no kettle for hot water, which was only available from 6 to 12 in the morning.

During my two-day stay, the room had cockroaches and mosquitoes, and repeated requests for hot water for bathing didn’t help. The worst moment came around 1 AM, when a man unlocked our door from outside and came in. He said he was staff and that our key had been left in the door, so he was putting it inside for our safety. My wife and I were terrified. Even if he meant to help, he should have called or knocked. Coming in without warning in the middle of the night was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I couldn’t sleep after that. I had a 6 AM flight, and we left the hotel at 3 AM. It was by far my worst hotel experience.
