The location near Begumpet Railway Station is convenient, but that was the only good part of my stay. The room smelled foul the whole time, and the flooring was dirty. The bedsheets and pillow covers were stained, and the bathroom was unclean. Cleanliness and hygiene seemed completely neglected. The owner's behavior was also concerning. He took my phone and told me to open the Goibibo app to leave a 5-star rating, saying OYO would ask for it. That was unacceptable and unprofessional. The ratings and positive reviews you see are all fake, because the person at the front desk gives those ratings and reviews himself. I had a very unpleasant experience and strongly advise people against choosing this property, even with its convenient location. Clean rooms and respectful behavior should be basic hotel standards.
