After booking through OYO, we were asked to pay another 1400 rupees. We checked the room first, and it was as bad as the owner. There's no parking, and getting to the hotel means climbing iron stairs. In an emergency those stairs would be a death trap. The entrance has a big OYO sign, but the hotel says it doesn't accept OYO bookings. If they won't take OYO bookings, they should take the board down. Pathetic owner and fraud service. There's no negative star option, so I gave one.

The rooms and passageways are very small. They won't hand over a room unless you bring a photocopy of your document, and you have to go out and get it printed yourself. Even if someone arrives from far away or late at night, they still insist on the copy. The hotel should have its own printer. Being told to go outside and find one makes a customer feel bad.

I liked the location, a short distance from Outer ring road, and the hotel is easy to find. This was my second stay at Chirag's oyo. I checked in around 4 am and found it nice and decent. I'd definitely recommend the place.

I arrived early for my booked stay and asked the maintainer if I could use an empty room to lock up my luggage. He wasn't cooperative, so I had to leave and find somewhere else. Pathetic experience. I recommend breakfast in front of this hotel.

I left early and didn't stay for breakfast. I couldn't sleep, hated the stay, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A strict no for couples and families. I booked because it was OYO chirag, but now I really doubt OYO has any standards. Maybe they only require a painted wall, floor paper, and a thick mattress. The room and washroom were unclean, with dustbins left uncleared, stained bedsheets that hadn't been changed, mosquitoes, broken windows, no flush, and a stink from nearby unclean toilets. General appearance, cleanliness, staff, and amenities were all poor. I've lost trust in OYO rooms and won't book with them again.
