They wouldn’t give me a towel or even get the basic things right. The AC, TV, and water heater didn’t work, and the room was below standard. Check-in was a hassle too, since they rejected digital ID copies and insisted on physical cards. When I arrived, the hotel refused to honor my OYO booking because I’d prepaid in the app. They demanded more money, even though I’d already paid the full amount. This was the worst hotel service I’ve experienced. Avoid it if you want an easy trip.

I booked a six-hour stay, but they wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid double for a premium room. They wouldn’t accommodate me for a shorter stay without extra payment either. They use low prices to get you there, then demand more money. Go somewhere else.

The staff were rude and argued with us when we asked them to honor the online price. There’s a person called VIGNESH here and his team who seem to be behind it. OYO shows rooms for 600-700rs, but when you arrive they claim there are no classic rooms and pressure you to pay more for a deluxe room. After taking the money, they give you the same classic room anyway. They use cheap tricks to get more money. Worst hotel ever, never visit.
