I had to switch rooms twice because of the AC. The rooms were dirty, with bathroom leaks and dirty pillow covers and bed sheets. The taps didn't work properly, and the closet height was wrong. The restaurant staff were hopeless, and the Biryani I ordered was salty. OYO showed a good rating, but I felt it was fake. At checkout the receptionist asked me for five stars, and I gave one.

Getting coffee or tea in the morning wasn't possible. There was no kettle, or even coffee, tea, creamer, or sugar packets. The water closet was also too close to the wash basin, so you have to be careful using the toilet. Still, our room was clean, the linen was clean, and there were no bed bugs. Housekeeping was good. I can't say whether it was worth the price since my host booked it for us.

The staff were very helpful, and the room was neat and clean.

On the two occasions I stayed before, the bathrooms smelled and there were cockroaches in the rooms, even on the bed. Most of the time there was no food in-house, and the building is in a quiet area where you can't buy anything. On three online bookings through MakeMyTrip, all fully prepaid, I was told the hotel was full when I arrived and was sent away. They don't honor online bookings and demanded 2000 cash per night. The staff, including the owner, are disgusting, and he wouldn't even let me speak. Complaining to MMT or Oyo is useless, since they send you to another terrible place. The good reviews are fake.
