After a long journey, I went straight to the hotel to check in, but they wouldn’t let me have the room I’d booked through Agoda. They said I had paid less than the actual rate. I was kept waiting for a long time and then told to cancel from my side, though I had no way to cancel the booking myself. Agoda customer service also told me to leave and said the refund would arrive within an hour. It’s been a few days and I still haven’t received anything. The whole thing felt like some kind of scam involving the hotel and Agoda. Beware, and skip this hotel and the Agoda app.

I spent 15 days here, and it started to feel like a second home. Everyone was kind, polite, and quick to help, and the whole team worked in a coordinated, attentive way. The place was exceptionally clean and hygienic, which made things more comfortable. The food was delicious and well prepared every time. Heartfelt thanks to everyone for making the stay so memorable. Keep it up! 👍

The food was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My stay was thoroughly pleasant, with clean, well-kept rooms and comfortable bedding. Highly recommended.

Room service was really quick, and the food was good quality. The hotel is good too. They take no more than 20 minutes to prepare food, and the options aren’t expensive.
