The room beside mine had a group drinking and shouting all night, with constant banging and noise that went on for hours. I complained to reception, but the staff did nothing to control it or address my concern. Around 2 at night, a drunk man knocked very hard on my door and tried to get inside. I didn’t feel that guest comfort or safety mattered here. The room and hotel were also in awful condition. The place looked dirty and neglected everywhere, with dusty, sticky floors, stained walls, and poor housekeeping. The toilet was especially unpleasant, unclean and badly maintained, with stains and a bad smell. It felt unhygienic and completely unacceptable for a paid stay. Finding the hotel was a hassle because the online location was misleading. The photos online were deceptive too, showing what looked like a clean, maintained property that was nothing like the place in person. They seemed years old, or possibly not even from this hotel. This was one of my worst stays. I regret booking it and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money, time, and peace of mind, and look elsewhere. 👎😡

The staff were the worst part. They seemed to have hired laborers to run a hotel, and nobody cared when my car was blocked in the basement for 40 minutes. The corridors smelled of cigarettes, and the pictures are misleading because the place is absolutely terrible. The AC, TV, and washroom flush didn’t work. Don’t spend a rupee here, it’s a waste. This place doesn’t deserve even one star.

The Wi-Fi was out, and the AC made more noise than a truck engine. The food was so bad I wouldn’t give it to a stray dog. Staff seemed allergic to customer service, and every request felt like asking them to donate a kidney. The room reeked of mold, sweat, and regret. The bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in ages, and the bathroom was dirtier than public toilets at train stations. Staying here was an assault on all five senses and a waste of money. Avoid it unless misery is what you’re after.

The area is nice, and the hotel is decent with good rooms. Check-in was easy. Juhed Alam was polite and responded well.

At Super Townhouse Ameerpet in Hyderabad, I had a confirmed voucher but Manknta and manager Rajesh were rude and cruel, and still refused to give me a room. I feel they were running a scam involving Oyo. Oyo customer care sent me to another hotel 8 Kms away, but that place also refused to give me a room. I still haven’t received a refund. The authorities should blacklist this hotel immediately.
