Hotel Sonali

We were told over the phone that breakfast came with the booking, but on arrival he denied it. The air conditioners in all four AC rooms we had reserved online weren't working. We were exhausted when we got there and our rooms were on the second floor. When we asked for help carrying our luggage, the receptionist replied rudely and loudly that the service wasn't available. The service was very poor.

None of the air conditioners worked, even though we'd booked AC rooms. We also had a tiring journey before arriving to find our four online-reserved rooms on the second floor. When we asked for luggage help, receptionist Sandesh answered rudely and loudly that there was no such service. He later denied ever confirming breakfast, despite our phone call confirming it was included. A very disappointing stay.

The air conditioners in the rooms didn't work, despite our booking being for AC rooms. Breakfast had been confirmed on the phone, but the receptionist later denied that it was included. We arrived exhausted and were put on the second floor. When we asked for luggage assistance, he raised his voice and rudely refused. We'd booked four AC rooms online, and the stay was unsatisfactory from the start.

The website says breakfast is free and included, but once you arrive they ask you to pay extra for it. This hotel seems to want the money on time without providing the service. You don't expect this kind of treatment from a good quality hotel.
