There wasn't anything to complain about, as all our needs were taken care of. The rooms were as clean as we could expect, and the staff were friendly. Manager Mr. James Bond (real name) was hospitable and made sure everyone felt important and cared for. Great job.

It's easy to find in the heart of the city, and the hotel is affordable. The toilet and bathroom are well equipped with the necessities. Food is the one issue. Management should address it, since one review after another has mentioned it. The experience was good overall, and the manager was courteous and prompt.

I stay here regularly and have found the owner and staff very cooperative. The food is good, too. It's one of the best hotels in Imphal, and I'd ask all my friends to stay here and enjoy their trip.

The phone network was poor, and the hotel's free WiFi never worked for me. I stayed in room no 105 and felt cut off from the rest of the world once I got inside. That's why I'm giving four stars when the hotel deserves five. Mr. Kalam, the owner, is a nice gentleman, and Manager Mr. Narayan was helpful and quick to handle tasks. The other staff behaved nicely as well. I enjoyed my stay and wish them success.

Stayed three nights and was treated really well by the amazing staff. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended for students from outside the state looking for a low-budget hotel.
