Phou-Oi-Bee Hotel

The staff were so polite, and the rooftop breakfast was a nice touch. When you arrive, the security person at the door takes you to your room and reminds you about things like booking a cab, dinner, or breakfast. The hotel is easy to spot from the main road. My room was clean, with a good bed, a nice toilet, and a great view of the city. I've had a great experience here and will definitely come back if I visit Imphal again.

The rooftop restaurant has lovely decor and views, and the momos were excellent. The food menu is limited, though the taste was just okay, not especially great, and the prices were reasonable. My room was cozy, clean, and tidy, with a big washroom, all the amenities, and helpful hotel staff. Since it’s right on the main road, traffic noise could bother some people.

The rooftop restaurant was the highlight for me. The hills look amazing from up there, and I liked their dry chilly chicken. The rooms are cozy and bright, and the toilet was decent and well maintained. The hotel was established in 2018 and, being only a year old, still looked fresh and neat. One thing for fellow travellers: Manipur celebrates Yaoshang or Holi for two days. We arrived on 23rd March, the second day after Holi, and the roads were empty and shops closed.

I wouldn't recommend it. They charged more than the price shown here. There was no parking space, so we parked on the road at our own risk. They asked us to leave the car at an undisclosed location for 300 bucks a night. The listed facilities weren't available at all.
