The hotel was spotless and well maintained, from the dining area to the rooms, and the staff clearly take hygiene seriously. The food was a highlight too: every meal was fresh, nicely presented, and well prepared, with good menu variety and quality ingredients. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. A comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it for the food, service, and cleanliness.

The location in Imphal was convenient for getting to nearby places. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and always willing to help. I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Imphal.

The food and service were better than I expected, and the staff were helpful and very polite throughout. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. It was peaceful and convenient for relaxing, so I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Early check-in was the only real plus. Room 304 was large enough, but the bathroom door was broken, leaving no privacy from your partner. Maybe newlyweds would like that. The kettle was broken and unusable too. Breakfast choices were very limited: no fruit or milk, just white bread with jam and masala dosa. The location wasn’t great for families, and the food was very expensive.

The staff were really friendly, and the hotel had good Wi-Fi. I had breakfast included but needed to leave early, so they made something the evening before and were flexible about it.
