OYO 11929 Hotel Ridhi Sidhi

I never got to stay at the hotel. I’d booked well in advance through OYO, but when I arrived they said they couldn’t allot a room and demanded extra money. I agreed to pay more, but first they quoted a price for the whole room, then said it was only for one guest. I waited a long time, showed them my confirmation, and still got no room. The front desk staff seemed uninterested while I tried to explain the situation calmly. They offered no other solution, and there was no apology or compensation. I had to find somewhere else at the last minute, which was stressful. This frustrating experience before check-in says enough about how they treat customers. I definitely won’t stay here in the future and wouldn’t recommend it, even though I didn’t get the chance to stay.

It was very hard to find the hotel at night. I’d booked two rooms through OYO, but when I arrived they said only one was available and demanded the price I’d booked for both rooms.

For the price, the service is far too poor. The water supply isn’t proper, the TV is just for show, and the bathroom flush doesn’t work. Even water isn’t free.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced, and the staff were helpful and well-mannered. Indore junction is just 250m away, Sarwate bus stand is close enough to walk to, and most tourist spots are within 3-4 kms. Finding the hotel can be tricky, though, since it sits among the wholesale market. Still, a great budget option for the area.
