The staff were rough in their manner, and although there was a rooftop restaurant, they sent us to an uncomfortable outside place to eat. That place was filthy, dirty, and unhygienic. The hotel itself was too dirty, and there’s no lift. The AC and plastic geyser tap were broken, and nobody responded to our problems or requests. Absolutely not recommended.

My one-night stay at Hotel Sohandeep, Jaisalmer was just average. The staff were cooperative, but I had to ask for basics like towels and water. The restaurant is across the road, and the breakfast fell short on both quality and hygiene. In December, hot water was only available in the morning.

It’s an old hotel in a good location, and there’s no lift. The staff were very cooperative. As a senior citizen, I was given a ground-floor room.

We had breakfast and dinner on the rooftop, both included, and the view of GOLDEN JAISALMER FORT was amazing. The food was really good, especially breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, with a slightly older style, and the staff were very nice. It’s an easy walk to the famous fort, too. A great budget hotel in a convenient spot, highly recommended.

The peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff made this a pleasant stay. Our room was spacious and good, and service arrived on time. The hotel is close to the fort, with a great view, so getting there is easy and doesn't take long. A budget-friendly option if being near the fort matters to you.
