It's a nice place to spend time with family, and tends to be less crowded. The hotel has a lovely ambience when you walk in. At the restaurant, I'd suggest the buffet for its wide selection: 600 bucks for vegetarian and 700 for non-veg. The service is good when the staff are polite, and there's live music. You can have lunch or dinner there, though it's often busy with people staying at the hotel.

The breakfast was good in both quality and selection, and the rooms are a comfortable size. Staff were very helpful, and it's definitely value for money. I had no major complaints, though the bathrooms are small and parking is limited, even with valet parking available. Breakfast staff could be more attentive too, since you have to ask for water, cutlery, and similar things.

The reception staff were friendly and cordial, and they listened when I asked for a room with a window. Breakfast was decent, but the buffet staff didn't keep an eye on empty dishes, so I had to keep reminding them to refill things or bring a particular dish. The tea was cold. If breakfast is included in the charge, they should pay attention to it. My bigger issue was the washroom. There's no exhaust fan, and it smelled all day. They sprayed room freshener after I complained, but it didn't help, and the smell spread into the room too. The hotel needs to deal with this properly. It's a 4-star property, and you can stay at Best Western, but try to get a good deal.

The place is big and the staff keep it very well maintained. Food was good, though not amazing. The honey chilli potato was awesome and a must-try, and the panner tikka dry was good too. Worth a visit, you may love it. If you want to try the per-head system, go to shremaya.

We could stay for about an hour and a half after finishing our meal, and the restaurant stays open late with a nice ambience. Those are the reasons I’m giving it three stars. The food didn’t taste very good, and the prices felt high. The bill included 18% GST, though I understood restaurant food across the country to be taxed at 5%. When we raised it, the person in charge told us to pay the full amount then and discuss it with management later, once someone was available. Not a great experience.
