6/10
Suresh was the only one who seemed to understand customer service. The rest of the team could be more humble and learn from him. The washrooms need an upgrade: water flow was poor, there was rust under the sink, and there was no separate wet and dry area. Breakfast also needs a lot of work. The price seemed high for the amenities.

A good, affordable hotel at Bhavarkuan square, beside Drishti IAS. The deluxe rooms are nice.

The owner was polite, knowledgeable, prominent, and supportive, and I enjoyed the hospitality beyond what I imagined. The rooms were very clean and well kept, with a classy washroom and top-quality fittings. The location and ambience were excellent, and the food on the fourth floor was good quality and hygienic. Reception and room service were excellent too. Super se upper!
