After a long journey, my wife, our 7-year-old daughter, and I arrived at 2 o'clock at night. We'd completed the check-in formalities, but as soon as I entered the room, the front office boy said we had to pay the full amount immediately. I said I'd pay in the morning, but he refused and insisted on payment then and there. I've never before seen a guest asked to pay the tariff in advance like that. The staff showed zero civic sense and hospitality. Guests come to relax and can afford the service, yet we were treated as if we might be thieves or thugs. I felt awful about the way we were treated and will never come again.

They took the booking amount first, then explained the terms and conditions afterward. That lack of transparency was disappointing. Customers should hear the rules and policies before paying, since you can easily get stuck after making an advance booking. Be very careful before booking.

As Indoris, food quality matters a lot to us, and we weren't satisfied with their approach, so I cancelled my booking. The sales and service teams seemed out of sync, with different commitments. They don't allow food tasting for bookings above 50 guests. I was also told the catering agency had been penalized twice for poor food quality. They insisted I pay the full amount just to taste the food at 9:30 PM, before the actual event entry. That felt unreasonable and unprofessional.

The food served four hours ago fell short of what I expected. It was undercooked, not fresh, limited in variety, unhygienic, and unpleasant to taste. This was especially disappointing given the resort's reputation and the cost of the stay. Food quality is an important part of a guest's experience. I hope the resort looks into these concerns and lets me know what steps it will take. I'd also appreciate consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.
