Clarion Inn Indore

Simran at reception greeted us warmly and made check-in and check-out easy and pleasant. Pavan Rathore from the restaurant team was exceptionally courteous and friendly, especially with the kids, which made meals better. The hotel was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a particularly nice, well-kept pool area. We had a wonderful stay, and breakfast had a delicious spread with plenty of variety. I'd recommend it to families and anyone looking for good hospitality.

Every meal at Clarion Inn Indore was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour, with a great range of choices. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and ready to help, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Om prakash and Simran yadav Fo went the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The property is exceptionally good and well located, and it's both reasonable and classy. It also has a beautiful cafe and good food. Excellent!

The ambience is good, and the rooms are pretty good, on par with other 4-star hotels like marriott and ramada. But the service was pathetic, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I booked through make my trip because of the spa, only to find it was under construction. When I asked if a therapist could come to my room, they said visitors weren't allowed. I even offered to arrange a male therapist to avoid misunderstandings, but they refused rudely. As I turned away, the receptionist said, ‘spa vagera chahiye to city ja yaha kyu marwa raha hai’. That's their cheap front office. The hotel doesn't serve alcohol. When I called room service and asked about cocktails or hard drinks, they said no alcohol was served in a way that felt like they were advising me not to drink because it's dangerous. A 4-star hotel should technically provide those facilities. Getting around will cost you. Uber is expensive because you have to pay a toll each time, Rapido isn't available, and don't expect a good airport transfer. With service this bad, the nice ambience is of no use. I wonder on what basis they call themselves a 4-star restaurant.
