The place was clean and hygienic, and management was good. The staff were nice and room service was good too, but the hotel is tucked away down narrow streets, far from the main road. I also found the sheets and blankets somehow not properly cleaned.

The rooms were dirty, and this was a terrible stay. There’s no restaurant here, so it’s not a good choice for a comfortable stay. It seems suited only for parties and marriage bookings. The location is about half a kilometer from the main road, and getting there is especially difficult during monsoon. At night, auto drivers may refuse to go or charge extra fare.

The hotel is dingy, and there were mosquitoes in the room, though the staff were very cooperative. It’s a little hard to find, around 6 km from Sarwate bus stand and about 5-6 km from Sarrafa market.

We had already booked and paid, but the staff behaved badly and still wouldn't give us a room at 2 am. I’m very disappointed with OYO and will never use the OYO apps again.

The rates are very reasonable, and the rooms are good. I arranged a one-night stay for my friend, and he was happy with both the service and the quality of the stay.
