Clarks Inn Indore

We stayed for four days. The room was decent, though the washroom was small. Front desk staff had a slightly arrogant attitude and could have treated us with more respect. Other hotel staff were polite. On the last day we asked for a late checkout. Nobody was staying in the room after us that day, but we were still charged an extra 1500 for just three hours. I felt that was too much.

After I shared my concerns, the team listened, understood, and took care of the issues. Head Chef Mr. Chandan, the Duty Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Amit took time from their busy schedules to hear the details patiently and resolve everything with genuine care and professionalism. The food was delightful and deserves special praise. More than the solutions themselves, I appreciated the humble, responsible, guest-focused attitude of the staff. They changed my perception of Clarks Inn, and it's rare to see feedback treated so sincerely and used as a chance to improve. Their people are the hotel's real strength. I'm grateful they restored my faith and made sure my stay ended on a warm, memorable note. Hospitality isn't about never making mistakes, but about how sincerely they're corrected.

It's a decent place to stay with family, around 7-8 km from the city, though parking is limited to the area right in front of the hotel. The room was an okay size, but the washroom was small. In our bathroom the soap dispenser didn't work, and there was no separate soap or Gillete razor for men. Breakfast choices were limited during our stay: pooha with a strange sweet smell, paratha and sabji, boiled eggs, idli sambar, and bread and butter. The bread wasn't toasted, but they did roast it on the tawa when we asked. Restaurant service was slow. I'd give the stay a decent 3.5 out of 5.

Clark inn has locations across India, and we know it's widely available. The room, top restaurant, and bar were quite good. Thanks to Mr. Amit Garg for the hospitality. All in all, a good experience.
