Hotel Rush Imperial

The bathroom had no hot water in the cold weather, and the flush didn't work. When I tried to lock the main door, its handle came off in my hand. Those were among the problems in a room that was already in very poor shape after we had waited several hours for previous guests to leave and for cleaning. The hotel had said it was full when we arrived. The curtains were broken, the bed seemed barely cleaned, and the floor felt sticky. There were other issues too. This was the worst hotel experience I've had in years, with basic hygiene and maintenance badly neglected. I strongly advise people not to stay here.

The good points were the convenient location near the main road and easy access to transport, affordable prices, humble staff with good service, and beds and basic amenities that were okay. But the rooms are old, poorly maintained, and not clean. There's no lift or hotel parking, the Wi-Fi is unreliable, and there's no power backup.

Tasty food at a low price, and a good place to stay for families or corporate employees.

Cleanliness was really bad. The rooms smelled, the bathroom taps had problems, and there was no water in the toilets. Cockroaches were in the rooms, sheets were torn in places and marked with cigarettes, and the ceiling fans were noisy. They call the rooms luxurious and talk about hospitality, but to me that's just a slogan, not a sign of quality. This was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend hotels like this to anyone.
