We stayed for 3.5 days while attending a close family member's wedding. The property is quite large, and the stage decoration at all the functions was good. The anchor at Rasam Haldi kept the audience spellbound. The food had tasty local flavors, though it was very spicy, and flies hovered over it while waiters made no effort to keep them away. Our first trouble was with receptionist Ms Varsha Solanki, whose rude, illogical and unprofessional behavior made for a sour start. Instead of arranging drinking water, she nagged us about check-in. The previous occupants hadn't left by 3pm, so we had to wait in the reception lounge until our rooms were ready. Then the bathroom bin was full of garbage, the bowl had stains, and the sink drain was blocked with rajmas from the previous guests. Tiny cockroaches were there too. The bathroom wall partition was swollen with dampness and peeling plaster, and the room ceiling had black stains and dry black moss. During our stay, the bathroom was never cleaned and nobody offered to change the bed linens. Two guests from abroad were given used old linens. Services were very poor. Guests from Delhi NCR or other metropolitan cities would need a lot of tolerance for this unprofessional attitude. Think twice before choosing this venue for a lifelong celebration.
