Collection O 83474 Hotel Grand Friendship

The only reason to consider this hotel is that it's close to the main location I needed. Everywhere else was a mess, including the gloomy, messy setting and the surrounding area. The rooms were terrible, the front desk staff indifferent, and the staff were awful. They didn't come on time to handle basic needs like the lack of water in the washroom or dirty, unclean sheets. There was no AC, and the beds were uncomfortable with bugs in them. The pillows were so hard they hurt my neck, and dust covered the room and sheets. Under the bed was filthy, like the cleaner had forgotten it. After a shower, the bathroom stayed misty and smelly because it had no ventilation or extractor fan. Wi-Fi was terrible too. Cooking was nearly impossible, with practically no utensils and no sponge to clean them, so even boiling water or making tea or coffee was difficult. The staff were terrible, and arguing with them left my time, money, mood and plans ruined. I suggest you don't put yourself through this. Never book here.

They quoted 1200 at first, then charged 1400 at checkout. The AC and TV didn't work, and they didn't provide towels. Don't stay here if you don't want your trip ruined.

The receptionist wasn't cooperative and the service was poor. The rooms were dirty and very unhygienic, and there was no hot water. Please don't stay here.

The location was awful, the rooms were very poor, and the service staff weren't good. The service itself was very poor too. It felt very risky to go with family, so don't take your family there.
