Collection O Hotel Diamond And Residences

I stayed at Hotel diamond for 2 nights and had a good experience. It's near meghdoot garden, in a great location. The hotel and the rooms were beautiful, neat, and clean.

We booked one day at the hotel, but it was a very bad experience. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and the lift wasn't working. Nobody could help with our luggage because, they said, the staff were on leave. The bathroom geyser didn't work either, so the next day they gave us a different room just to bathe. The service was not good at all.

The food was the highlight for me. I've never tasted anything so delicious, it reminded me of my mother's cooking. The staff and owner gave us the best service, and the staff treated us like family. Their behavior really caught my attention. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Thank you all. I'd recommend other people visit once and feel the difference.

The rooms and service were pathetic, maybe the worst rooms anywhere in the Madhya Pradesh state. From the owner right through to the ground staff, everyone was just pathetic. I'd suggest sleeping on the footpath instead of staying here.
