The hotel said the complimentary breakfast shown in the app wasn't included, and they denied every request we made. Since I'd already paid in full through Agoda, I felt stuck there. There was no room service or drinking water, and even a night lamp was missing. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, with no proper locks on the main door or bathroom. Don't trust the Google reviews or fall for what feels like false reviews.

The bathroom door wouldn't close, the room was unclean, and the bathroom smelled awful. Staff were very rude too. This was the worst room I've ever stayed in. Avoid it unless you want your trip ruined.

We spent a week here with our office team, and it turned into a great, memorable get-together. The rooms are compact and budget friendly, and the staff were humble and cooperative. Breakfast was included, tasty, and filling. They also arranged a really nice campfire with karaoke. It's a good place for a team event. Thanks to everyone on the ESTAY Team! ❤️❤️❤️👌👍

The place is old and badly kept, with broken, rusted pipes, cramped bathrooms, and a badly installed toilet. The water was yellow and muddy, and there was no hot water in the bathrooms, which is a serious problem in Ooty. Rooms were dirty and smelly, and the doors didn't work properly. For the high price I paid through Agoda, I expected much better. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The 5-star reviews seem fake. I wouldn't even give it one star, it gets “0” stars from me. Dirty beds and pillows, a filthy bathroom, and a door that got stuck. The room was awful, and the staff's behavior was just as bad. We had a really hard time and got no response. Guys, don't trust the photos.
