They accepted our booking, but when we arrived late at night, we were told they had tried to call to confirm it. Their number showed up as spam, so I didn’t answer. Then they asked us to cancel the booking ourselves, which made no sense. If there were no rooms, they should have cancelled it. They also said no nearby OYO had rooms, but the adjacent OYO Townhouse did have rooms available. A terrible experience.

I’d give this place zero stars if that were an option. The rooms weren’t clean, the washrooms were dirty, and you couldn’t even get tea before 9 am. The receptionist couldn’t generate a bill either.

The room smelled bad, the locks were broken, and the towels were torn. What’s shown in the photos isn’t what guests get. They provide lower-grade rooms instead.

The food tasted good, though there weren’t many options. The location is good as well.

The food and staff were great, and the amenities were good. A hotel worth visiting.
