Fabhotel Prime Avenue

I booked an Executive Room for one day on 14th January 2026, but couldn't get much rest. It was next to the pantry, so calls for food orders from around the hotel kept coming through late at night and could be heard clearly in the room. My sleep was repeatedly interrupted. The staff also came across as rude and unprofessional, with little interest in helping guests and poor hospitality manners. Treating customers with basic respect matters in this line of work, and the hotel didn't meet even basic standards for comfort or service.

The facade is the one part that looks somewhat premium. The property itself is very good, but it isn't maintained properly, and the rest feels average or below. The flooring wasn't clean enough to earn more than 3 points, and even that seems generous. The rooms are very small, just manageable, and don't justify the price. I'd say they shouldn't cost more than Rs. 1,000, so paying about double isn't worth it. Negotiate accordingly. There wasn't even warm water available. If you're bringing a child, think twice, especially in winter.

Rooms, service, and location were good, but customer care was very poor. There's no customer care number, and the property number online is only for new registrations. Calling it shows as spam. The customer care executive wasn't very professional, and I got no reply by email. Please improve this. The fan was a little dirty, and its regulator didn't work.

We spent around 5 days here, and the staff made the stay especially good. They were friendly, helpful, and quick with service, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, and our room was very comfortable. It's also convenient for getting to central Indore. A fantastic hotel.
