FabHotel Prime Om Epic Vijay Nagar

I loved my stay at Om Epic Hotel Vijay Nagar Indore. Someone from the Housekeeping Department was very helpful and took good care of me during my stay. Excellent service.

For the 3 days we stayed, the room wasn't cleaned even once, and the towels provided weren't clean either. Some switches didn't work, the water pressure was bad, and there was no hot water. The rooms are extremely cramped and smaller than they look, not up to the mark. They charge for practically every service, too, like 100rs for plates or cutlery and 100rs for towels.

Fabhotel customer care and the hotel staff both left me very disappointed. The confirmation email said 6 guests in 2 rooms for 2 nights, but at check-in they gave us one room with a broken toilet seat, without even checking it before letting us in. They eventually changed the room. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, and there wasn't enough space for an extra mattress, so we had to take a third room. Breakfast was below average. Customer care wouldn't accommodate changes to remove breakfast on the 2nd day or the 3rd person charge for 2 days.

The location is very good, but the bathrooms weren't clean, the hair dryer didn't work, and the bedsheets weren't clean. Staff were rude and didn't even greet guests or pick up luggage. Only one receptionist, the person on the night shift, behaved properly. We stayed just one night. I wouldn't recommend a longer stay, and if you have another option, I'd choose it. I expected better from a fabhotel because I'd had very good experiences with them before. This time was not good.
