Wild Avenue Resort & Spa Thekkady

We spent two days at Wild Avenue with our two-year-old, who was comfortable and happy there. The staff looked after us so well, and everything from cleanliness and room service to the food and staff attitude was wonderful. On the first evening our baby didn't eat dinner, and the staff checked in and brought a generous amount of milk without charging us. The next day, they made sure the baby had rice, dal, curd, and papad. If you're travelling with a baby, Wild Avenue Hotel is an easy choice.

I had a lovely time here. It's neat and peaceful, the atmosphere is amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff made us feel welcome. I hope they keep up the current maintenance and quality, since standards can slip over time when a place isn't cared for.

The room cleaning and bed decoration really impressed me, and the food was good. Service was especially excellent, with very friendly staff. We also felt comfortable because the front desk handled every request for help quickly. A great welcome from the start.

The peaceful mountain and nature setting was lovely, and the spacious room was spotless and comfortable. We spent time in the play area with table tennis, badminton, and carrom, and enjoyed Kerala special dishes and spice teas. The chef sent us special treats, and the kitchen manager went out of his way to meet my dietary needs. For my husband's birthday, the team even brought a cake to our room at midnight. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, kitchen, and waitstaff, was warm and caring. Wild Avenue Resorts & Spa exceeded what we expected, thanks to the beautiful place and the people who put their heart into their work. We had a memorable stay and will be back.
