For a basic stay, the room had a useful work table where I could use my laptop. This is a simple hotel, so there aren't scenic views. On my trip from Omkareshwar to Ujjain, it was roughly 80 km from Omkareshwar and 70 km from Ujjain, with a slight detour on the way. There isn't dedicated parking. You have to use street parking at your own risk. The hotel has a kitchen and doesn't allow outside food, though several good restaurants are within walking distance. A free RO water dispenser on the second floor helps reduce the need for bottled water. It's a decent basic option with essential amenities, but parking could be improved.

I booked deluxe rooms, but the room they gave me was in awful condition. There was no hot water, it wasn't clean, and it smelled bad. I won't book with any Fab hotel group again.
