The room smelled, the washroom was dirty, and even the TV remote was broken. When I asked for one, someone came and switched on the broken Dish TV remote. The room also lacked promised basics like a kettle, and several other amenities were missing. I asked for a drop, but they refused, then added extra charges without clearly explaining them. With the room rates already so high for the service, that felt unfair and misleading. The hotel offered no pickup or transport, so those charges made even less sense. It didn’t deliver what was advertised on booking platforms. Poor transparency, missing amenities, and the condition of the room made the stay frustrating. It’s not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for good value and honest service.

The location was convenient and the rooms were clean. Service was satisfactory too, though the food choices could be better. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

We left without staying after the staff spoke to us impolitely. I’d been there with my family, and the way they treated guests made the place unsuitable for a family stay. They only accept online bookings, and the staff’s attitude was rude. There’s a Hindu Hotel beside the property that seemed much better suited to families, so I’d recommend staying there instead.

The staff were nice, but we found bed bugs. The towels were clean, though old and yellowish, and there was a bad smell from the toilet even when it wasn’t being used. The beds need to be disinfected after each guest.
