Not one complaint from hundreds of wedding guests says a lot about how well the three-day celebration was run. The Westin Jaipur family worked as true partners, focusing on the best outcome for the families and hosts without letting cost constraints lower the quality. We look forward to many more celebrations together. We recently had the honour of executing Vedant & Arpita’s wedding at The Westin Jaipur Resort & Spa. The experience was exceptionally well organized and seamless. Mr. Kamaljeet Singh (General Manager), your leadership, mentorship and hands-on dedication are evident in the hotel’s culture and the team’s work. Thank you to Pushkar & Uday (Sales Team) for the structured planning, proactive communication and steady support; Sangita (Events) for precise execution and coordination across the functions; and Braj (Banquets) for flawlessly managing operations so everything ran smoothly. Mr. Angad (Director of Rooms) coordinated arrivals and check-ins immaculately. The room division team kept everything timed and organized, with no complaints. The Executive Chef & Culinary Team served outstanding food without compromising on quality. We booked 22 villas for 52 people at Westin Jaipur, Kant Kalwar, and the stay was a complete operational collapse. In its current state, this property shouldn’t be open to guests. Charging premium prices for a poorly maintained, unsafe and dysfunctional place is outrageous. There was no usable way to contact anyone in an emergency: room phones didn’t work, mobile reception was absent, and the WiFi was useless. Service was practically nonexistent. Requests took more than two hours or weren’t handled at all, and we were left to fend for ourselves. The hotel showed no coordination or accountability and fell short of basic hospitality standards. Several villas had broken air conditioning in Jaipur’s peak heat. We complained repeatedly, but nothing was fixed. Worse, some room doors wouldn’t open from the inside, leaving us literally locked in. That’s dangerous and negligent, not just inconvenient. This was far beyond a bad stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Booking here is a mistake you’ll regret, and the property should be shut down until it meets even basic safety and hospitality standards.

That romantic dinner arranged by the Restaurant Manager was a magical highlight, intimate and beautifully set up with real finesse. Debjani, Chetan, the Restaurant Manager and the whole staff brought genuine warmth, careful attention and impeccable service to our stay. The Duty Manager kept everything running smoothly, and the Spa Manager gave us a rejuvenating, world-class wellness experience. The Westin Jaipur feels like a destination where luxury comes with heartfelt hospitality. The property is designed as a full lifestyle experience, with pickleball, a lively gaming zone, tennis court, serene spa, swimming pool and plenty more for relaxing or staying active. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and elegant. The folk singer at the entrance was a lovely, soulful welcome that captured the feel of Rajasthan. Every detail added to a refined, elevated experience, and we left with wonderful memories. We’re looking forward to another retreat here. Highly recommended. ✨

The resort is quite far from central Jaipur, so getting into the city for sightseeing or a quick visit isn’t convenient. That distance does bring a peaceful, quiet setting away from traffic, which works well for destination weddings, corporate offsites, wellness retreats and relaxed family breaks. It’s newly opened, and the modern architecture, fresh interiors, landscaped open areas and well-kept, spacious rooms show that. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. The pool, spa and outdoor spaces add to the resort feel and make it easy to unwind, including for groups. The layout, open spaces and banquet facilities also make it a good fit for boutique weddings and corporate R&R programs without city interference. Service was warm and courteous, with staff making genuine efforts to help us feel comfortable. There were a few small inconsistencies and occasional delays, as can happen at a newer property, but nothing major. Hospitality overall felt professional and welcoming. The food was good, though not exceptional. Breakfast had a decent variety and was enjoyable. Lunch and dinner were above average in taste and presentation, but didn’t really stand out for a luxury five-star property. Portions and prices felt standard for a Westin. The meals were satisfying, just not especially memorable. We had a pleasant stay at The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa. It has strong potential and is a good choice if you value space, quiet and experiences within the property. If being central or having standout food matters most, it may not be the best fit.
