The room furniture looked old and the property felt poorly maintained. Noise was another constant problem: my room was on the third floor, directly below the kitchen, where work continued until around midnight and started again early in the morning. Reception said the noise couldn’t be avoided because orders kept coming. The busy road outside also meant traffic noise through the night, so proper rest was difficult. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and very few supplies: two small shampoo sachets, basic handwash soap, and no proper shower gel. The toiletries and upkeep were lacking. At check-in, staff said my online booking, which showed a single room, was actually for a twin-bed room and asked me to pay extra. I had no other option then, so I paid. Afterward, I read reviews from other guests describing similar problems. Based on the previous responses, I expect the usual “sorry for the inconvenience” reply without any real improvement. Not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you want comfort and a peaceful stay.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were polite and helpful. Chappan dukan is close enough to walk to, and I had a nice stay. For this price, I’d expect toiletries, hand wash, and dental and shaving kits, since travelers need those.

Breakfast was average, with few choices, and the room could have been cleaner. I booked one night for myself and my parents, but there wasn’t a three-bed setup. They brought an extra mattress later, though nobody had mentioned that before or during booking.

Room cleanliness needs attention. The hotel is near places like Chappan, Rajwada Palace, and Sarafa market, and the rooms are a decent size for a family of three.

The location is great and the room was decent, though the closet was dirty and leaking water. Some maintenance would help the hotel look much nicer. There are common toilets nearby, so it smells when you enter. They should keep an air freshener or something at reception. Still, I had a good experience overall.
