The staff always seemed to have an excuse when we asked for help, and amenities listed for the hotel weren’t available. The TV asked for a recharge, but reception blamed the weather, and the WiFi didn’t work. The rooms were very small and poorly maintained. Our bathroom was dirty and the basin was completely blocked. There was no hot water unless we requested it, and then they handed us an electric rod heater to heat our own bath water, which felt unsafe and inconvenient. Power kept fluctuating during our stay too. The staff and hotel were the worst I’ve encountered through Make My Trip. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Avoid it if you want a clean, comfortable, well-managed place.

I haven’t stayed at the property, but the area and atmosphere looked nice. The receptionist kindly let us freshen up so we could have breakfast.

My room was in terrible condition and looked nothing like the listing photos. There weren’t proper charging points or a fan regulator, and basic facilities were missing. I booked breakfast as part of my stay, but the hotel refused to provide it. MakeMyTrip was no help when I contacted them, suggesting only that I pay to book another room. The stay fell far short of what was promised, and I felt the hotel and MakeMyTrip were misleading people. I’d tell others to avoid this hotel and be cautious with MakeMyTrip, since their support was useless when I needed help. One of my worst stays through them.

K Plus Comfort Hotel made for an easy, enjoyable stay. The central location was handy for exploring the city, and the place was impressively clean. My room felt comfortable, with charming decor that gave it a cozy feel. The friendly staff made check-in smooth and helped me feel at home throughout. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone after a hassle-free stay.❤️
