Gaurav Hotel And Restaurant

When I arrived late at night as a female guest, the owner was rude and arrogant, and made me pay extra because I had no other option. I'd booked through an online platform listing the place as “Hotel O Gaurav”, but its actual name is Gaurav Hotel and Restaurant, which felt misleading. At checkout, the owner called early in the morning. When I brought up the problems again, he said it was “my problem” and claimed I'd only complained then, even though I'd raised them at check-in. When I first complained, he showed no concern, just unplugged the geyser and told me to get water from the room my friends had booked. The room was filthy and unbearable. There was a strong foul smell, leaky dirty walls, and bedsheets, a mattress, and cushion covers that were stained, dirty, and smelled as if they hadn't been washed in ages. The dustbin was overflowing, and there was chewed tobacco spit inside the cupboard. The washroom was worse: the commode was broken, water supply was inadequate, the accessories were damaged, and the geyser pipe gave electric shocks, which was extremely dangerous. The curtains were torn, and hygiene overall was unacceptable. The stay cost me money, time, and peace of mind for nothing. The owner and staff were extremely rude and lacked basic manners, especially toward female customers. I strongly recommend not staying here. It doesn't deserve a single star.
