It was an enjoyable, hassle-free stay. The place was very neat and hygienic, and the staff were humble and helpful. It's centrally located in Indore, with city attractions roughly 5-6 km away, easy access, and plenty of public transport. The airport is very close too.

The owner had a very good attitude, but the manager was extremely rude. The AC wasn't working during our visit, and the bedsheet smelled bad. When I asked him to replace it, he rudely said no bedsheet would be provided and we had to use whichever one was available. We felt awful.

The balcony brought in fresh air and made it more relaxing. My room was clean and well maintained, and the location was easy to reach with everything nearby convenient. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

The staff were good and the hotel had all the facilities. A few things need fixing, but I had a good experience overall.
