Hotel Glory Palace

I handed the receptionist the key after leaving five clothes on the bed for washing. A day later, only four were returned. They took no responsibility and flatly refused to help. I even called home to check whether there'd been a mix-up on my side. They stole my clothes and were extremely irresponsible. Those pants were my favorite.

The room was filthy, the toilet was in a pathetic state, and there were big rats inside. Nothing was available at the hotel except water. The room charges are far too high for how bad its condition is. A waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here even for one night.

I've been suffering here for the last five hours. This is a very bad hotel, so cancel your booking if you're planning to stay. I'm canceling mine and going to another, better hotel. I'd give it minus five out of five. I had to leave one star just to post this.

I'm not satisfied with Oyo. Toiletries for two people weren't provided, only one person's set, and the towel was very dirty. The lift wasn't working either. This is my first experience with Oyo. My first hotel booking wouldn't give me a room for personal reasons, the second had poor service, and this is the third hotel's experience.
